Robert Laemmle

Robert Laemmle is CEO of Laemmle Theatres, a chain of art house theaters specializing in the exhibition of independent and foreign films in the Los Angeles area. Started in 1938 by his father Max and uncle Karl, this family-run business has grown from the then-single-screen Los Feliz Theatre in the late 1950s to nine theaters and 39 screens, including West Hollywood's Sunset Five, one of the nation's most successful alternative theater complexes.

Robert Laemmle earned a B.A. in Business Administration and Master's Degree in Finance from UCLA.
